What is your business name?  Originally our business name was Stained Glass Originals.  In March of 2005, we incorporated as Craft Supplies for Less, Inc.  At our new Post Falls, ID location we are known as Inspire-Create, under the corporation, Craft Supplies for Less, Inc.

Where do orders ship from? Orders ship from Keizer, Oregon 97303 until September 23, 2011.  Beginning Monday, September 26, 2011, orders will ship from Post Falls, ID  83854.

 

Can I get a printed catalog Catalogs are now available!  Black & White Catalogs are $3.00 each.  Full Color catalogs are $6.00 each.  Save $1.00 per catalog if you add a catalog to your order.

Ordering

Is the checkout page secure?  Yes, our checkout page is secured by Authorize.net.  When exiting the shopping cart and entering the checkout page, a lock will appear in the lower right hand corner of the screen.  Also, the web address will change from http:  to https:  The "s" represents the secure screen.

 

What is the best way to place an order?  Order online, phone in an order to 1.888.88CRAFT, or fax it to 1.503.463.1007. Your order will ship by the following business day whether it is received by phone, fax, or online.  If you have a deadline or need a large quantity of an item, we recommend you phone or email to check to stock level prior to placing the order.  We also accept Mail Orders.  Refer to "Contact Us" for complete instructions on how to place an order by mail.

Payment Options

What payment options are available?  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  If you would prefer to pay by check or money order, you may send in the payment with a copy of your order.  Personal and business checks are held until payment clears (5-7 business days) before the order is shipped.  For complete instructions on how to to place a mail order visit the following link:  Contact Us  Scroll to the bottom of the page.

 

Do you accept Paypal Payments?  We do not accept Paypal payments.

 

Do you accept Purchase Orders?  We accept School & School District Purchase Orders only Allow 2-3 Business Days for processing time.  Terms are NET 30 from the date of invoice.  Use the online shipping calculator to determine shipping costs prior to faxing your order.  Include School or School District billing/shipping address, contact name, email, phone, quantity, item description, price, shipping charge, and order total.  Fax your School Purchase Order (on school letterhead with all required signatures) to fax 1.503.463.1007.

 

Can you bill us for the order?  Only if you are faxing a school district purchase order (on school letterhead with all required signatures) & shipping the items to the school.

 

We are a school or government agency and are tax exempt.  How do we avoid tax?  Since we are located in Oregon, where there is NO sales tax, there will be NO tax added to your total.

Return Policy

Can I return an unused item?  Yes, you may but prior to doing so please review our return policy.  There is a link on every page of our website.  We do require that you contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and we do charge a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges (original/return) are not refunded.  All Sales Final on Closeout & Seasonal Items. 

 

Why such a strict return policy?  Inventory and keeping cost down are our priority.  In order to offer large quantities of items online, we must keep large quantities in stock. Therefore, it is pertinent that when items are sold, we replace them within 1-2 weeks. 

 

Since you have 14 days to contact us, an additional 7 days to send the item back, and the return delivery can take an additional 7 days to deliver to Oregon, the entire process can take nearly one month for us to receive the item back.  This is comparable to most store return policies.

Shipping

When will my order ship?  Orders ship by the following business day or you will be notified.  For example, orders received on Monday, ship by Tuesday.  Orders received on Friday, ship the following Monday.

 

When will I receive my order?  This depends on the state it is shipping to.  UPS takes 1 week to deliver packages from the West to the East Coast.  Please refer to Shipping Info to determine the exact shipping time frame to your state.  Remember to add 1 business day for the processing time on our end. 

 

What shipping options are available?  Online you will have the following UPS shipping options:  UPS Next Day Air AM, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground (the least expensive shipping option).  USPS Priority Mail now available for small lightweight items for only $6.50 anywhere in the US!

 

How do I calculate shipping charges?  The shopping cart will calculate shipping charges without needing any personal information.  Simply enter the items you would like into the shopping cart and enter the city, zip, country, and delivery preference.  Select "recalculate" and the shipping charges will appear.  To change the delivery option, simply choose a different option from the drop down menu and select recalculate. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?  As of April 22, 2011, we will no longer be offering UPS shipments to Canada.
