Return Policy

If you wish to return a stock item(s) you have purchased from us within the last 14 days, you may do so for a credit of the purchase price paid, less a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping (original & return) is not eligible for credit.

Returning an item:  You may return a stock item*, in its original undamaged, unopened, sellable condition, within 14 days of the date of purchase for a credit of the purchase price paid, less a 15% restocking fee.  Shipping charges (original & return) will not be refunded.  *Bulk items are not eligible for an RAC if any items are missing (if you purchase bulk 500, all 500 must be returned in original condition to be eligible for an RAC).


Prior to returning any item:  You must email and request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) within 14 days of your sales receipt date.  Please do not call customer service for a return or exchange inquiry as return requests are processed via email only. 


In the request, include your name, sales receipt number, receipt date, & quantity/description of the items you would like the RAC for.  Return requests emailed beyond 14 days of the sales receipt date will not be authorized.


Once you receive the RAC (Return Authorization Code):

  • Clearly print the RAC on outside of return box

  • Include a photocopy of the original receipt with a reason for return

  • Ship the return package UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority w/Delivery Confirmation for your protection within 7 days of receiving the RAC number. 

The item(s) should be returned in the same packaging material in which it was received to protect it from damage.  Packages need to be shipped either UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for your protection.  Your return must be post marked within 7 days of receiving the return authorization code.  If you fail to ship the returned merchandise within 7 days, you will not be eligible for a credit. Allow 5 business days (Monday-Friday) processing time once we receive the return for a credit to be issued to your card. 

Order Cancellation PolicyIf for any reason you cancel an order after you have selected "Place Order" in checkout & prior to it shipping there will be a $5.00 cancellation fee.  If the order has already shipped, you are not eligible to cancel your order.  Instead you will need to request an RAC by following the instructions above.  If you place an order and refuse the package without an RAC, you will be subject to the cancellation fee, shipping (to/from), and a 15% restocking fee. 

Free Shipping Offer:  If you receive "Free UPS Ground Shipping" and return an item that causes your total to fall below the minimum required amount, the original shipping charge will be deducted from the return amount.

Special Order Items:  Special requests (items not available online) are not eligible for credit and may not be returned.  If you have any questions about purchasing a special order item, please ask them prior to making a purchase. 

 Wrong Item Shipped:  We do our best to carefully fill and package your order.  However, occasionally mistakes happen.  If you receive the wrong item with your order, you must notify Craft Supplies for Less. at within 5 days of receiving the shipment.  We will work with you on the best solution.
